Eucalyptus Mews, Notting Hill, VIC 3168

Having lived in the City and Collingwood for the last few years, I find this street extremely quiet, safe, and overall I am very satisfied. It is close to Monash freeway, yet it is sheltered hence quiet. Monash Uni is a 5 minute walk away, and it provides TOP class facilities to public as well. Monash has a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, park lands, a lake, ovals, theatre, and plenty of walk ways…. All walking distance with a fraction of the price tag charged in the City.
Chadstone shopping centre is 10 minutes away, Dandenong Market 10 minutes away, the Glen Shopping centre 10 minutes away…. It’s also close to great Schools.
At this stage, I am happy to report that I cannot complain.

this is a relatively convenience place to stay if you are studying in Monash Uni. It takes only a few minutes walk from home to school. If you are not and you have a car, I think you should consider somewhere else since my car has been robbed for twice.

Moreover, this is a really noisy place, especially during school holiday and weekend. People just speak as loud as they can even though it is already midnight.

There is one parking space for each unit but the people living here just got so many guests, they will park their car on the driveway which block your road, and they will also park in your parking space as well. This situation is very often and if you think this is ok for you, this is still a good place to stay.

The one last think that I wanna mention is that, the electricity bill is really really big since there is no gas supply around this area. You can easily get you electricity bill for more that $120 a month for two people without turning on your heater for the chilled winter. What a bargain.
