Samada St is a quiet street and the houses there are very well maintained. Good residential area and its serene.

Looking for a home in Samada Street?
"Nice suberb to live"
Notting Hill is a nice and quite small suberb in southeast Melbourn. Very friendly neighbors, and garden-like streets. It has also got very convinent access to shopping centres and freeways. Close to sought after shools and medical facilities. And the cost of living is much more affordable then most of the adjacent suberbs. I would recommend family, students, professionals and retirees to move in to Notting Hill and enjoy the tranquilit and comfort living.
