Is Eumundi a good place for a young family to live? Were relocating from Sydney

Hi there, we are a young family from Sydney, we are making the move to the Sunshine Coast mid this year. Neither of us have been to the area before but were seeking space & peace! Ive had a look on this site regarding various suburbs and we we really like the sounds of Eumundi & surrounds. We do love the beach however would prefer a view and a good bit of land rather than being right on the coast. Im wondering if Eumundi would be a good fit - what is the demographic like? Do you think a Londoner / Sydneysider would transition here well? We know its going to be a huge change of course but there is something about Eumundi that is very appealing! Various hinterland towns surrounding and then of course Noosa, Maroochydore etc a little further but still close enough. Thank you in advance!
