Eurobin Crescent, Ferny Hills, QLD 4055

I certainly liked the look of the place, the layout of the bedrooms and living spaces upstairs are good and there are two big rooms downstairs. There was more storge than I had expected because there is no garage afterall. The kitchen is nice and modern and the floors are polished and in good condition and thats about it. The bathrooms aren't great and they need work. The buitlins in the 2 bedrooms are not good either. There are 3 ac units but they don't work. And the back yard was a let down aswell. Over all I was disappointed with this house, especially for the price, it looked like it had so much more going for it that it actually did.
