"Great Location"
Evelina St is within a few short minutes to the local shops including Coles and some great restaurants like One Thai.. It's also close to public transport, you can walk to the tram stop, train station in Surrey Hills or catch the bus to Westfield Doncaster. Its easy access to so many places...
Also great schools are close by, Mont Albert Primary School is a short walk and Koonung High School is also nearby..
