"Perfect place to raise a family or even retire"
Good, friendly neighbours who know you by name; quiet street just off chesterville road, but very convenient to Southland shopping centre, waves leisure centre, childcare and schools; close to buses and 5 minutes drive to train stations (highett or cheltenham stations). Good for families and retirees. Residents of pagewood park have great access to tennis courts, lawn bowling facilities, gated swimming pool and use of common facilities hall for that special function. Free courtesy bus to take the elderly to southland from the estate.
