"Quiet and peaceful but well connected"
Willow Avenue is just off Centre Dandenong Road. You'd think it'd be noisy and dirty, but it's a little oasis of calm and tranquility.
I've often stepped out after dark and marvelled at how quiet it is. Sure, you get the odd truck down Centre Dandy but it's well muffled.
There's plenty of established trees, the houses are all well kept and look good.
You've got Southland just down the road one way and you're walking distance from DFO and associated shops (Aldi for cheap supermarket heaven).
Just across Centre Dandy, there's the Kingston Heath reserve which is an excellent park with plenty of facilities.
All in all, a great place to live.
