the increased traffic in those little streets is going to be a nightmare, there is no exit to the main road

What kind of impact are you looking for? Technically speaking it is going to increase the median house price as the house and land sale prices will be quite high. They are doing some excellent spaces towards the back of the development that the residents of this complex will enjoy. In the short term the noise and dust of construction will be annoying for the existing residents so will impact on them in that way.
