""A great street to live""
Evesham Road is a quiet culdesac surrounded by main roads (Centre Dandenong Road, Warrigal Road & Nepean Hwy). Even though these roads are close by the street is very quiet. There's plenty of established trees, the houses are all well kept and look good. There is a fantastic Kindergarten in the street which has been established for years.
You've got Southland just down the road one way and you're a couple of minutes from Direct Factory Outlet and associated shops. Not far from the beach, straight down Warrigal Road 5 mins away.
There are several great schools in the local area (incl grammar & catholic schools). Golf courses not that far away.
Just across Centre Dandenong Road, there's the Kingston Heath reserve which is an excellent park with plenty of facilities. Also several smaller parks in the area.
All in all, a great place to live and close proximity to most things you need.

Agree with almost all, except that its not a cul-de-sac. Evesham Road Kindergarten is well known, and the local neighbourhood shopping centre is on Follet Road, a few minutes away.
