"Hill on the high with Great Views and cool breezes"
Federal place is the steepest in the area but the climb is worth the view..
best buys are the Northern houses that overlook the Gold Coast , However southern views capture the Golf Course.

I agree with jemobiz, I live in Indooroopilly, not as high as Federal... however we still enjoy the cool breeze and views.
