Next to greatest shopping in Australia, beautiful park across the road without noise or many people or animals. completely peaceful, no traffic only cars going to their homes at the end of the street. Beautiful yard, very private and very cool when everywhere else is scorching. Lovely outlook across to the beautifully manicured parkland which is always green. Parking in the street, helpful neighbours and overall a great place to live. I will miss it.
