Fern Bay is a great Family community, quiet estate. Not to far back into Newcastle CBD and to head out to Nelson Bay is a great escape for the day or weekend.

Fern Bay is a nice quiet suburb & has many young families living in the Estate.
It is only about a 20 minute drive into the Newcastle City or 5-10 minutes to Stockton & then you can catch the Ferry over.
There is a mix of home owners & investment properties in the Estate.
