I would like to thank Nicole for her professional and enthusiastic efforts while we dealt with Century 21, during the rental process of our investment property. The whole renting experience was new to us and Nicole was very understanding and extremely helpful. It was a stress free process and we were updated with any enquiries we made in a quick manner. Nicole also has a very informed knowledge of the local area, and this was very evident. I would highly recommend Nicole and the Century 21 Management Team as they were honest, efficient and highly professional.

"Nicole will go above and beyond to assist you"

We have been leasing various rental properties for the past 20 years and have used a number of agents, but after meeting Nicole and experiencing her work we will never use any other agent other than Nicole again. Nicole really cares and it shows in everything she does, she just goes that extra mile to keep both tenants and owners happy. Nicole in my opinion achieves the best results possible and always keeps you informed every step of the way. I totally and honestly recommend Nicole and I am confident that she will achieve the results you desire.

"Absolute brilliance"

From the time I first was in contact with Nicole I knew she had a real passion for her job. Nicole is warm and friendly but still gives an extremely professional approach to her job. Having worked in the property industry myself it was incredibly refreshing to deal with Nicole and not encounter any issues - even with every bump we have crossed along the way Nicole has continue to be helpful and considerate. It takes an awful lot for me to recommend another agent - but with no hesitation- Nicole is an absolute outstanding Property Manager and a complete asset to century 21.

"Very Satisfied"

I transferred from another agency after my house was completely destroyed by the previous tenants. Century 21 helped me find excellent new tenants (I was very fussy). Over the last year they have looked after me efficiently and competently. I am very satisfied. I have since recommended then to others.
