Advice on suburbs south Newcastle/ north central coast?
Hi I am looking to relocate from Melbourne to Newcastle/ central coast. I am looking on advice for the best suburbs to buy a home within the south Newcastle and the north central coast regions. We are a family of four, kids aged 1 and 2 so are looking for family friendly with good schools/ childcare facilities. We want to be as close to the beach as possible. Budget is up to $700k and are hoping for 3-4 bedrooms but happy to renovate. Any advice would be great.

Have you already relocated? In the Newcastle area.
Lambton, Maryville, Merewether, Cooks Hill, Bar Beach are all areas I'd be happy to relocate with my family.
