"Close to everything"
Wickham has everything you need...
Close to Newcastle Harbour, Honeysuckle and Newcastle CBD. Very well situated for public transport. Great quirky cafe's and restaurants tucked away in a few locations.
We are seeing a rise in development with apartments and also renovations.
Rental returns will vary depending ion property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.

"Great area, handy to harbour and Hamilton eat street"
Wickham has everything you want - close to harbour, honeysuckle, Hamilton for a night out. Quite a few young families have been renovating houses in the area in the past few years it has been regenerated by "new blood". A great spot to live!
