"Soo handy to everywhere"
Water front properties in this suburb are head & shoulders above properties positioned off the water front. An increadibly handy & central location with quick acess to soo many different aspects & areas on Newcastle. Some have vert safe 'enclosed' safe areas for small children to roam , with the more desirable apartments located soo close to the Royal Newcastle cruising yacht club moorings & have a totally unique view & aspect to all other Newcastle harbour waterfront properties & literally a stones throw to some amazing yacths &cruisers,,,you can almost reach out & touch them!
I have found it a truly fantastic location in which to live & to acess soo many of the 'desirable' spots which one would want to be close too!
One of Newcastles better addresses & locations in which to live!

- Waterfront has excellent views & ambience,with N'castle royal cruising yacht club & its moorings.
- Cafes & resturants at door step & within a cple of mins drive.
Not great for
- Significant money to secure waterfront apartments
