I have signed a contract to sell on my home and I wish to cancel. How do I cancel?

if all parties have signed the contract the buyer may terminate under the cooling off clause.

I would start by talking with the REIQ (as it's free) then talk with your Solicitor. I am not sure if their is a easy way to pull out if you have agreed in a contract.
