"pretend country living with lots of useless land"
One way in, one way out - yards are long and narrow, rolling down from the road. Cane farms around which can bring snakes and a lot of cane toads. People tend to be elitist, thinking that Fig Tree Hill is special. It was - before it became so crowded. There needs to be a park and a safer place for the children to play because traffic is picking up and going too fast. $849,000 is a ridiculous price for the house I looked at, it's very small, poky and dark plus it has been for sale for a couple of years at that same stubborn price. Try $500,000 and the seller might find success.
