It is a busy road, though mostly cars rather than heavy trucks. There are some great houses along the road and it could be if they are set back enough and designed well you may not really feel the impact of the traffic on the road. However, I would be cautious though.

This road is quite a busy road but mostly just during peak hours. You'll find a lot of the properties along there have 2 -way driveway access so that you can come out of the property front-on to be able to see the cars coming from both directions. I have had a property on that road before and found it quite easy to get out onto the main road at all times.
