"Quiet village atmosphere 5 minutes from beautiful Jervis Bay"
Shopping, restaurants schools, child care and medical are at Vincentia or Sanctuary Point, 5 minutes away.
Jervis Bay has 16 white sandy beaches and all water sports and recreation plus whale watching and dolphin cruises. Booderee National Park is 10 minutes drive away.
Old Erowal Bay can not become any larger and will maintain a village lifestyle even when Stockland builds the planned shopping centre less than 5 minutes away with Big W, Aldi and Woolworths etc.
