"Doubleview is Perfect!"
The suburb of Doubleview is the perfect family suburb, but also a great suburb for older people or a young crew of freinds. It has a great mix of personalities. The facilities in the area are outstanding....AND, what more could you ars for than to be close to the CBD and the best beach in Australia!!
You have the option of large family blocks with big homes, or easy care houses / townhouses on smaller lots. PLenty of great schools and shopping centres in the area. The suburb (Together with Scarborough) is increasing in value constantly and with its constant redevelopment, the area will only continue to appreciate. Great vive - great place. Flamborough Street is one of the best places to live in the area...
If you are considering the suburb - put your mind at ease...get in while you can...you will not regret it!
