Reviews of Fleming Street, Edge Hill
"Cairns Best Suburb and one of it's best streets"
Edge Hill is an older suburb of Cairns, very well established with big mature shade trees everywhere. Fleming St is the heart of the 'Golden Square' of Edge Hill which has many restored old Queenslander's and they are all on flat large blocks. This makes walking to Edge Hills coffee shops and eateries very convenient. All in all a brilliant, safe neighbuorhood that is convenient to town, the airport, the bontanic gardens, the cultural precinct and just about eveything else, while still being quiet enough for kids to play cricket in the street. I love living here.
