Having previously lived in Peppercorn Place and Reif Street, I can say that yes there is soil movement, dependant on where you reside in Flinders View. Peppercorn Place is not too bad, but lower streets at the entrance to and within the Fairview Rise estate are very prone to soil movement, as it is reclaimed swampland. It is the usual Blacksoil problem that plaques many suburbs in the Ipswich area. The east side of Reif Street is also vulnerable to soil movement.
