Forrest Beach infrastructure

Is Forrest Beach on town water? Is it sewered or septic? Is electricity above or below ground? What is the rough elevation above sea level? Does it flood? Thanks in advance!

Forrest beach is on town water, no sewerage only septic, powerlines anove ground alot of older shack type houses around. Nearest town is Ingham 15min drive, FBch doesn't tend to flood but no access North or south of Ingham.
