The street is a culdersac and therefore the only traffic in the street is the people who live in the street. A quite friendly neigbourhood with all the peace and security you could want. The major piece of evidence i use to verify this is the fact that only 2 houses have gone up for sale in this street in the last 5 years, proving it is without a doubt a comfortable street to live. The F3 is just a few minutes away but far enough to not get traffic noise and the scrub or the beach is just a ten minute drive. Definetly a five star street and suburb at a very undervalued price(just compare something the same distance from sydney in any direction with the same services and attractions)
