"Marvellous! Hard to find lush Green Acreages within 5minutes of Major Shopping Centres!"
5minutes to Westfield , 4 minutes to the Supacentre and Bunnings. 3 minutes to the F3 and the railway station. 10 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to the lake. Very cold on a winters night and lovely in summer . The soil is great and it is possible to have a great garden. There are no small blocks. It is like living on an estate but with all the normal conveniences close by. In the middle of the central coast it is ideal if you have a business (as you can run them from home if you like) A lovely place to live especially if you like your "space".
