"One of the most liveable streets in Mermaid!"
Francis Street sits almost in the middle of Mermaid Beach. It is a family orientated street consisting mainly of homes with well maintained lawns and footpaths. One end has beach access with the surf club and patrolled beaches one street away. At the highway end there is a new modern building housing LJ Hooker offices, Corporate Licensing Services, and Plass lawyers, with the Mermaid Tavern just across the highway. A modern medical facility is situated across the highway next to Sizzler and KFC with Pacific Fair shopping centre less than a km away.
All in all, a great street to live in!!
