Sunbrite comprises lots of unit dwellings and some houses. The furtherest property is 310mtrs from the beach, very nice! Western end has a small shopping complex fronting the Gold Coast H'way. This is a very busy centre, comprising Dick Smith, hair salon, paper shop, bakery (very popular), and nail studio, and a few other businesses on the first floor.. Of course, if you can't find what you need, Pacific Fair is only a 500mtr walk. Great if you don't drive much any more... or just wanting to save fuel. Broadbeach State school is also just a short walk, and there's a medical centre just around the corner also. So, as I said, handy is the key here!!
