Which is the best primary school in the Franklin area?

There are a few primary schools in or near Franklin. Franklin itself has a new Early Childhood School (K-2) (see http://www.fecs.act.edu.au/). After that there is a government school in the neighbouring suburb of Harrison which is K-10 (I think) (see http://www.harrison.act.edu.au/). The other alternative is Burgmann Anglican School (K-12) which is over the hill in Gungahlin, however there is a waiting list for entry (several years long - see http://www.burgmann.act.edu.au/).
