"wouldnt go near the place with a long stick!"
This house is only good for people who have a lot of money, and are never going to actually be living in the house. I lived in a unit in frith st, and I will never ever rent a unit again. WAAY to pricey for an Incredibly bad area, drugs in the area, and NO PRIVACY what so ever. Had to live with the curtains constantly closed, felt trapped in these units, had to lock all sheds, doors, flywire doors, and put timber in the windows at all time for security. Please do not make the mistake we made by living here!!!! longest few months of our lives...also the train goes by 4 times a day and drives you INSANE!!!

"Troubled neighbourhood"
Please don't live there it is a rough place to live. Trains are noisey and local youth race their cars in the main road. The Police do a regular patrol there. I know of 4 rental units that have all had trouble, no one stays longer that 6 months. Spend a couple of dollars and move into town and save yourself alot of trouble!

fully agreee!!! ... and if its the same 4 units im thinking of, the landlord is apparently an absolute IDIOT...must be a suprise to him that people actually have lived in these units when they move out...
