"Bayside Dream"
Absolute waterfront land with direct access to Georges Bay. Beautiful building block with perfect aspect to capture the glorious sunshine of Tasmania's east coast. Plans available for sustainably designed passive solar home by negotiation. Enjoy the magical sunsets and "never to be built out" views across the bay to the mountains.
St Helens has a friendly local community of approximately 2000. Aside from the natural beauty of the area there are excellent amenties and services without the crush of city living.
