"Connecting Road"
Gardiner Street runs from the industrial area of Goolwa through to the residential area closer to the central business district. The most notable development in the area is the Retirement Village, 'Seachange Village' which is very popular in the area. The residential homes along Gardiner Street tend to be older, but nicely presented.
