"It's nice.....but moldy!"
We were happy in our mt Lofty house....until the winter came. Then it was MOLD on the walls and ceiling. We cleaned it away, and it came back with a vengeance.
We have had to clean each room twice, through the winter. We've been told that this is a common problem here...so beware.
Mt Lofty is steeped in fog through the winter, and colder and wetter than the rest of Toowoomba.
All Toowoomba-ites know this. But they won't tell you till you've moved in and ask.
It's beautiful and mostly quiet, mostly. Like all of Toowoomba there is crime, our street was spray painted. Toowoomba seems crime free, apart from the occasional outbreak of extreme violence.
