Gibson St is only 1 street back from the water front running parallel to Franklin Parade. This highly desirable location has the best of the South Coast a short stroll away including Kent reserve, the Lake, cafes, restaurants, Encounter Bike track, hospital plus more. Many properties in this location have been kept within families for many years and do not come on the market often.
