"great area - getting better every year"
Nice neighbours - a quite street, we never have experienced any crime. Saturday night at the beach can be crowded with younger people
Realestate prices are rising rapidly - difficult to move to a larger house.
Population is rapidly changing due to richer people buying houses and updating them.
A wonderful beach and finally a great new beach area completed.
