Does Gisborne suffer from dampness?
Ask this because where I am (at Warneet) the air can be used to fill our water tanks. Obviously the place will get cold BUT there is a major difference when the air is moist. Health issue.

No. If you go further up Mount Macedon you may find some areas especially above the cloud line but Gisborne is generally very good.
