Hello, I'm looking at moving interstate with my daughter ( 3 ) I was looking at Gladstone purely for the cheap rentals but I have read a few reviews is it really that bad ?

We lived and raised our 4 kids there.
20 + years.
We moved away because it has gone so far down hill a lot of Junkies and unemployed moving for cheap rent and a big drug problem with very few jobs .
