"highly desired location"
Gladstone Road in North Brighton has spectacular homes in a highly desired location.
With Adelaide’s spectacular coastline at the end of the street and Brighton High School around the corner, a large average land size and in a prominent location Gladstone Road is an amazing street.

Looking for a home in Gladstone Road?
"The next million dollar street!"
What a street! Really. One of North Brighton's absolute gems!
Gladstone road is really the most gorgeous streets. Location wise you are merely walking distances between Adelaide most desirable high schools ( Brighton High, Sacret Heart College and Marymount College). Furthermore you will never be far from food as their is a local fish and chips shop and Foodland placed on Brighton Road.
Now to the good stuff. How does 1.3 Million for 500 Square meters sound.. Sounds like a true up and coming street/Suburb to me.
If you can fin your way into the tightly held street, stay there and never leave!
With the beach at your door step this street has just about everything accommodated for.
If you found this review help full you know what to do ! :)

"Fantastic street to live in"
Wow i love this street its so so friendly and so queit it makes me feel so very lucky to live here. I think it has to be one of the best streets in Adelaide. I have lived in gladstone road for 12 years and the changes are enormous eg. the amount of new 2 story houses going up is amazing for the old residents like my self ( prices are moving up and up ) thank you 2 all you 2 story people out their. But really it is a great place to bring up a family the neighbours are great, you can walk down the street and say hello to eeveryone you see and they will respond so nicely it's fantastic it makes you feel nice inside. Its also so very safe and sound i dont know of any trouble thats ever happened in this street, and its so close to the beach, cafes, shops, good schools. Like i said WOW WOW WOW aint we lucky.

"A clean and tidy street with slightly higher traffic than the adjacent streets"
Situated in the centre of North Brighton, Gladstone Road is clean and tidy street catering to a range of different people. The street has an obvious mix of families, couples and retirees.
While the street may not necessarily have a bonding community spirit it is however still considered a friendly environment with most, if not all, neighbours happily living in the presence of each other.
The street spans from Brighton Road all the way to the esplanade, meaning even the residents of at the East end (Brighton Road end) are still only a short walk from the beach.
Located at the beach end of the street is the Gladstone Road Carpark which is a public carpark open between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm. This car park makes for a convenient place to leave your car if you don't feel like walking to the beach. Although convenient, the carpark is also responsible for a higher volume of traffic than in the adjacent street as it attracts many beach goers in the warmer months.
Overall the street is a nice place to live and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a block that Gladstone Road that it will provide them with a safe, friendly and tidy environment for their families.
