I know a great one-on-one trainer and he is not costly. He'll come to your home and you need little to no equipment. He really knows what he is doing and gets great results. "One-on-One With Hunter" 516-305-3820

The Sid Jacobson JCC, 300 Forest Drive in East Hills, www.sjjcc.org, 516.484.1545 has an outstanding gym with tons of classes for all ages. My children attended their pre-school programs, theatre workshops & daycamp. They offer many diverse Adult programs, I was just at an Author, Book Signing & Breakfast this morning. It was wonderful.
