Nuisance neighbours burning off
We live next door to a household that frequently sees fit to burn off - day or night - sending billowing smoke from goodness knows what substance/s into the atmosphere (and neighbouring backyards and homes).
I called the EPA after reading one of the conversation threads here on Homely and was advised that this is a matter for the local council.
We are in the Boroondara municipality which clearly operates a centre of excellence for parking fines but, from our 18 years experience, it seems they offer very little else for the inflated rates they charge.
Any suggestions or clarification on fact here - whos responsible/who I should contact - would be wonderful. Thanks.
