"Glenferrie Place, The Gap -Pleasantville!"
Resting just at the foot of Mount Cootha, Glenferrie Place is an immaculate cul-de-sac. It has a lovely balance of family life with young children and older living in the street.
The neighbours are awesome, often giving out fruit and veg from their gardens and stopping for a chat. Christmas and halloween are dates on the calendar where the street goes to town in its celebrations. Very safe for children to play. Great for walking and cycling routes straight from the street - so a lot of time no need for the car.
Village shopping centre; public transport, good primary & high schools very near. 5 minute drive to get onto Mount Nebo road and to visit Walk about Creek. 2 gyms near by too
No noisy traffic and very well presented with everyone taking pride in their surroundings.
