Impact on Glenmore Park for Western Sydney Airport

Hi there lovely residents , We are thinking of buying property which would be closure to Glenmore Park public school, we have small kids and a puppy, how the new airport would impact the noise level and future growth of the suburb ? Will there be any chances of less valuation due to noise increase? We would be putting out almost all our savings so far for buying.
