Living in Glenwood?

We are thinking of living in Glenwood, could you please let us know if the area is mostly hilly or flat? What is the wildlife like, for example variety of birds and reptiles? The views look lovely on the internet... How would you describe the views? Can you see the hills / mountain areas from your properties? Are there any walking trails and parks and / or forestry areas to walk in? What is the Internet Service and phone mobile reception like? and which mobile/ internet provider would you suggest is best for the area? Is there a local church in Glenwood?

Hi, I've been living in Glenwood for about 2 years now and I love it. I'll try and answer your questions;
- It's mostly flat, but there are sections which are hilly (its a big area).
- There is heaps of wildlife! I once tried to count the different types of birds I get to see on my property and I think I got to over 30. And there is enough reptiles as well, some bearded dragons, some geckos. Also there's kangaroos and wallabies roaming here so if you don't have a dog you are likely to see them around your house sometimes!
- The views depend on each property. There's plenty that do have a nice view of the landscapes here.
- Walking trails... haven't really looked into this. I enjoy walking along the roads here, it already feels foresty and bushy enough due to all the gums and pine trees.
- Internet and phone reception is good. I am with optus for the phone service and the internet is wireless NBN. Both have good signal strength and speed.
- There isn't a church in Glenwood itself but there are within a 20min drive.

Hope that helped! It really is a nice area. I moved here from Brisbane to get away from all the hubbub and haven't looked back since.
