Does the Coors company provide tours for visitors?

If so, what are they like? Is it worth going to see the Coors brewery if you're visiting Golden?

As a native, I have taken this tour several times, both as a kid and as an adult. I think it is pretty fascinating to see the process, something someone should experience at leaset once. Your tour takes place in the world’s largest single-site brewery. The tour takes about half an hour and is self-paced. This makes it nice to see what you are really interested in. Photos are allowed. The tasting room is unique and tourists over 21 can enjoy a sample. If you are under 18 you cannot take the tour without someone over 21, something to keep in mind.

I think it's pretty cool. Coors has the largest single area brewing company in the world and they've been in business since 1873. The tour is about a half an hour and you can see the malting and brewing process and then see how it's bottled. You can also have a small sample at the end of the tour where you sit on these ice cube like chairs. My favorite part is looking at the historical items they have, such as what the beer cans and bottles have looked like over time. I haven't done the tour in a long time so it may have changed some, but if you're in the area and like beer, it's definitely worth it.
