Ashgrove in the inner west is one of the Best lifestyles in Brisbane! Surrounded by Mountains, Creeks and Greenery with lovely Parks and Bike tracks. Great to invest here or for Family Living!. Only 4 Klm to the CBD, handy transport and numerous facilities.

Strange comments ... sounds like an Ashgrove real estate agent I think. It would depend on where you work, transport etc, just be aware Brisbane would be the worst city in the world for transport, parking costs, train services to and around suburbs etc. It is almost impossible to live here without a car .... rents are ridiculously high for domestic and commercial property. Anything close to the city even more so. My advice would be to be more specific and perhaps mention where you will be working, family if any ? etc ... start from there. The infrastructure is at least 20 years behind where it should be, and the city is run by lawyers, accountants and police .... been here 32 years and wish i had left 15 years ago. I see nothing on the drawing board thats worthwhile, you cant trust nobody in politics but thats no different to the rest of the country lol My advice is to move to Adelaide. I will be there vey soon.
