Flooring in Howelston Road, Gorokan?
Hi Guys, Brought a property in Howelston Road Gorokan, close to the waterside, got a survey back, saying half of our property is in the flood zone and if we are building a granny flat we need to lift up 1M of the ground even is flat land. Questions: How much flooding is in that area, and it is common to build off the ground (lift up with stairs) any information would be appreciated, cheers
