"A lovely street with a community feel"
We've lived in Graham St for 6 months. We were drawn to the street because it's really pretty; it has a heritage overlay and many of the homes have been preserved. People are very friendly and look out for each other. There is a mixture of generations from retirees to young family which contributes to the community feel. It's lovely and quiet and we most homes have well kept gardens and there are some established street trees which create a lovely aesthetic. As you walk down the street south bound, the views of the city are stunning.
