"A perfect street to raise a familiy. Friendly neighbourhood!"
A great street that's ideal for families. School is at the end of the street. A handful of kinders, creche facilities and highschools to choose from.
Under 10 mins drive from the CBD via citylink. Highpoint, Essendon DFO (for those who enjoy retail therapy) are also a short distance away.
Only flaw (and minor) is that The Boulevard was cut into 2 when they build the FWY so you must specify that you're off Coonan's Rd when ordering a Taxi or Pizza !!
Great place to live, quiet (apart from drop off and pick up times at school).
