"The Grand Boulevard"
Grand Boulevard Seaford Rise.
Great appeal, wide road with grass lined central reservation. Lower end of the Boulevard offers amazing views from the back of the homes of the sea and new lakes. The top of the Boulevard offers sea views from the front and views of the hills from the back.
The Boulevard really does feel Grand when you drive around its sweeping bend and see the views on offer.
Large family mansion like homes to villas that seem to fetch most of the highest prices in Seaford Rise.
My sister lives on the Boulevard and has done for 7 years and loves it!
Great family park with toilets and BBQ area at the lower end.
Seaford Rise primary school is at the top end next to the roundabout with Dalkieth Rd.
Bus stops all along the Boulevard is great for the non driver.
It really is a Grand Boulevard
