Grandview Grove in Bayswater is conveniently situated with Bayswater shopping precinct, train station, public transport and local schools all within walking distance.
I'm Property Manager in Bayswater and find this a great pocket for investors to buy in because its always in demand as tenants love the central location as its walking distance to the Bayswater train station, Bayswater shops (Coles, Wollies + speciality shops) and Bayswater Primary School.
